Zen Well enforces a strict 12hr cancellation/rescheduling/no-show policy. We ask that any cancellation requests or rescheduling requests take place at least 12hrs prior to your appointments start time. Any cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows that take place within the 12hrs prior to your appointments start time will result in half the service fee. Unfortunately, we cannot make Covid or emergency-related exceptions. We appreciate your understanding.

Please note that sessions must be scheduled ahead of time, we do not accept walk-ins.
