Stephen Mercantel
Stephen has been practicing body work for over a decade and has over 300 hours of continuing education under his belt. Though he has a passion for Thai massage, he has always had a focus and draw towards alignment work, both orthopedic and energetic. Stephen has a tendency to integrate most of the modalities he has picked up so as to bring each client what is best for their individual needs. Though he is very energetically sensitive, he can also go incredibly deep if it’s what the client is looking for.

Amy Gregory
Formerly a Spanish teacher, Amy graduated from Lauterstein-Conway Massage School in 2023. Yoga and massage have helped Amy understand the effects of stress on the body. Eliminating stress and listening to one’s body is key to good health and Amy is on a mission to help others benefit from bodywork and yoga as much as she has. She recently became certified in Zero Balancing (ZB) which works with the intersection of structure and energy and is excellent for reducing stress. She has also been trained in Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, prenatal, manual lymphatic drainage, sports, and orthopedic massage.
Amy provides therapeutic, intentional touch that facilitates the regeneration of the body and soothes the soul. Whether you just want relaxation and stress reduction, you need a more orthopedic massage, or you want her to connect with the energy in your bones, Amy will listen to you and work with you in order to achieve your goals.
