Thai massage is a relaxing and revitalizing system of bodywork that incorporates gentle stretching, range of motion, and deep compression. Using peaceful, flowing movements, your therapist will guide you through a series of yoga-like stretches while using their palms, thumbs, and feet to stimulate the body’s acupoints and promote circulation.  Thai massage is beneficial for people of all ages, shapes and sizes. 

We offer Thai massage on a traditional floor mat which allows the therapist more leverage for a deeper massage. Sessions are done fully clothed. We recommend wearing clothing you can comfortably move in (like yoga or workout clothes).
