Our Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage combines gentle strokes with deeper pressure to release tension and promote relaxation. Benefits include reduced muscle pain, improved circulation, and relief from stress and anxiety.

This service is performed on a traditional massage table, using lotion to facilitate smooth strokes. Before the session, your therapist will consult with you to determine your preferred level of pressure, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing experience.
