Prenatal Thai Massage uses a combination of stretching and pressure points to stimulate circulation. The movement of our prenatal massage helps revitalize, heal and relax your mind and body, and helps with swelling. You’ll be supported with lots of pillows to make sure you are as comfortable as possible.

We accept all trimesters of pregnancy.

Sessions are done fully clothed. We recommend wearing clothing you can comfortably move in (like yoga or workout clothes).

We often have last minute cancellations or are able to rearrange our schedule.

Zen Well enforces a strict 12hr cancellation/rescheduling/no-show policy. We ask that any cancellation requests or rescheduling requests take place at least 12hrs prior to your appointments start time. Any cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows that take place within the 12hrs prior to your appointments start time will result in half the service fee. Unfortunately, we cannot make Covid or emergency-related exceptions. We appreciate you understanding.
