In this treatment, your therapist will massage your hands, arms and shoulders. The focus then shifts to your lower body while you are semi reclined in the reflexology chair. Hand + Foot Reflexology incorporates range of motion and gentle stretching of the hands and feet.

When might Hand + Foot Reflexology not be appropriate? If you have any contagious skin disease, severe psoriasis or eczema on foot, severe varicose veins, fever, cuts, open skin, rashes, burns, bruises, localized swelling/inflammation, scar tissue, sunburn, recent fractures.

Sessions are done fully clothed. We recommend wearing clothing you can comfortably move in (like yoga or workout clothes).
